Pulau Sangalaki
Pulau ini dikenal dengan daerah peneluran Penyu Hijau terbesar di Asia Tenggara ini, selain itu dikenal juga dengan Taman Wisata Laut yang sangat indah dan terkenal dengan kawanan Manta Ray, anda akan diperlihatkan dengan keindahan terumbu karang dan spesies ikan yang beraneka ragam sesekali diving bersama dengan Manta Ray di Dive Spot Manta Run Parade.
Selain Stasiun Riset dan Monitoring Penyu, di pulau ini juga terdapat sebuah Dive Resort yang di kelola oleh PT. Sangalaki Manta Paradise.
Untuk menuju pulai ini diperlukan waktu sekitar 1 jam dari Tanjung Batu, dan 2,5 jam dari Tanjung Redeb dengan menggunakan speedboat.
Pulau Kakaban (Kakaban Island)
Pulau yang sangat unik dan eksotik.
Berkunjung ke pulau ini seolah mengunjungi "Jurasic Park" dimana pulau yang tidak berpenghuni ini merupakan pulau atol purba yang terangkat ke permukaan.
Di pulau ini terdapat danau air payau yang dihuni oleh 4 spesies ubur-ubur yang tidak menyengat.
Di danau Kakaban, anda dapat bersnorkling bersama ribuan ubur-ubur tanpa harus takut untuk di sengat. Di dunia pulau seperti ini hanya ada dua, yaitu Kepulauan Palau (Filipina) dan Pulau Kakaban (Kab. Berau, Kaltim, Indonesia).
pulau ini hanya untuk dikunjungi dan tidak ada fasilitas penginapan dan rumah makan, diharapkan para pengunjung ikut menjaga keaslian pulau dengan tidak membuang sampah kedalam danau ataupu disekitar pulau yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Konservasi Laut dan diusulkan sebagai Situs Warisan Dunia.
Dari Tanjung Batu ke Pulau Kakaban diperlukan waktu 90 menit dengan speedboat, kalau anda mengunjungi Pulau Derawan, jangan lupa untuk mengunjungi pulau Kakaban juga, karena perjalanan dari Pulau Derawan ke Pulau Kakaban hanya ditempuh selama 15-20 menit dengan menggunakan speedboat.
